On Thursday we have fresh fish from the fish dealer. Backfish made from fresh cod and spicy from hake, each serving is individually prepared and this is also delicious! Everything is super crispy, the fish remains tasty, juicy and delicate. And as a coronation there is still self-made Dipp! The other homemade specialties are also not to be despised: healthy herring fillet according to Matjesart, even roasted and marinated brady rings and my absolute favorite of the lovingly wound ROLLMOPS!
