Great, friendly and very attentive service , however food quality is a low. Ordered salmon sushi roll on a Saturday and salmon slices were leftovers of the fish, at times random small cuts put together, something like you get for marinara mix at the fish market. It’s a shame because it’s such a good location, seafood and fish quality should be good, but it was just a disappointment. Even Vasabi was so old and dry, it was a ball that you can pick up with your hand. No way to spread it out. Should’ve mentioned it to the staff but decided not to spoil the mood as they all were really nice. 5 stars to the staff. Went with a group of friends for dinner and we shared a great variety of food. We tried 3 different rolls which come with ~8 or so pieces. Loved the eggplant and the karaage and the honey prawns. Cocktails are also yummy and dessert was delicious. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian roll is delicious lots of flavor and crunch. the Barangaroo area is quite busy and some of the restaurants seem to really tremble. but the first thing I noticed in this excellent sushi joint was a little extra space that made the experience even more relaxed. we had a series of...cold and hot straight all were delicious. the sashimi was very fresh and tasty. I especially enjoyed the wagyu tataki and the sashimi tacos. I could have eaten more if everything else looked good. very recommended and will return, thank you
I love Sushi and this place hit the spot all the way out here in Australia! We tried the octopus, corn, salmon miso and tiger roll and it was all very delicious. the $77 and $99 tasting menus offer a great value. service is fast and efficient. all dishes in the tasting menus were delicious. the sashimi is great. also the honey yarns are excellent. this restaurant is always busy, which is a good note. highly recommended.
