Spend your money elsewhere... Went shopping on a Friday afternoon, my partner found a coat and we went to the tills to pay, there were ladies behind the tills but they said we couldn't pay there as they weren't logged on, could we go...to the other tills on the other side of the floor? No problem, went to the other tills, there were there but one was broken, the other both had customers with returns/complaints and were taking a while to sort. I asked why there wasn't anywhere to pay to be told in a huffy voice I could pay downstairs, this was from the department manageress, no eye contact, no apology for the delay. Had it been items I had bought I would have dumped them on the floor and left...

I have visited this restaurant a few times before deciding to write a review. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is typically calm and relaxed. Breakfast is decent, but the quality of the lunch dishes is lacking. The meals seem to be pre-cooked and kept under heat lamps, resulting in less than fresh flavors. However, they do serve tasty baked potatoes. If you're looking for a quiet spot to grab a snack, it's not a bad choice. I would suggest avoiding the cakes though, as they are not recommended. Overall, the food quality brings down the rating of this establishment.

Whilst shopping in Debenhams we had coffee. Staff were polite and prices are not bad. They offer a small menu of food, but as I said we only wanted a black coffee. Why do they not fill it up when you don't have milk I...don't know. This did happen when I requested it. (You shouldn't have to ask). It was quite busy and appeared to be doing a good trade. Just a shame it wasn't that clean.

We quite often use this restaurant in debenehams for a stop off when we are out shopping. You can get a nice cup of coffee and cake. Occasionally we have had other food in here but not very often. You get good customer service in...here, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will definately carry on using them. Reserva una mesa ahora

a lunch with a jacket kartoffel. Unfortunately I saw that the dame took up my kartoffel with her fingers without gloves after she took money on the until . I suggested to the caregiver that he was moved with his personal about hygiene!. he offered to do it right, but I won't go back in there.

We visit Debenhams for lunch and we came away disappointed and wished we had gone somewhere else. By time we all had our food half of it was cold. Won't be going back again. Small menu, prices don't match portion sizes. Tables and service not...great.

I went to the restaurant towards the end of lunchtime and found that the menu options and staff availability were limited. I ordered soup and my friend had finished eating her lunch by the time it arrived. We probably should have arrived earlier.

The restaurant is lovely and clean, with friendly staff. The food and drink options are excellent. The seating area is beautiful and well-maintained, with a variety of great choices. Reserva una mesa ahora

one of the best shops in basildon loose to choose, sold a large selection to were also a virgin travel shop in store and a restaurant

A nice convenient place for a quick pick me up whilst shopping. Staff are friendly helpful. Food is costly.
