I think of all the pintxos bar in the main square in Bilbao, Gure Toki is probably the best in terms of offering modern contemporary pintxos.

hectic atmosphere, great bites (probing the longustine), good drinks. service surprisingly good in considering the amount. would recommend playing a table and taking time!

this restaurant is a jewel. the cook explains the dishes of the day on a carte that regularly changes so that they do not dull cook the same old dishes. the plates are intended for sharing. we ordered three between two of us for the meal carpaccio with somego cheese; filet of white thunfish and chanterelles with gizzards (the best of the start in our formation). this left room for her star dessert from forest floor . very much recommended especially with a glass px. very reasonable in price given the quality of the dishes. we wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

I hacked pintxo to many places and gure toki is still my favorite. the sucking dick, foie gras were my favorite and this is an inadvertent fund!

this is the best value for the quality of the foods they are in bilbao, spanien, europa, and probably the world. I had the iriazabale cheese soup with egg, thunfisch en vinaigrette, kabeljau pincho, merluza pincho, filled tinten fish pincho. I couldn't tell you a favorite, they were all delicious.

Amazing food. Fresh and delicious pintxos. Staff friendly and helpful. Quick service even for hot tapas off the menu. Reasonably priced. Best I've had.
