the staff were very friendly and efficient and had a passion for their restaurant. that was extraordinary. made locally in basque style and cooked. the ambiente was perfect, the tables were well spaced and limited places made for a very pleasant, intimate evening meal.

the entrance of this restaurant is unique. it's a bit difficult to find, but that makes it fun. that was exquisite. it was amazing to see the kitchen. my only note is that it was sometimes very difficult to understand the personal. her English is good, but it could be better.

the reduced tasting menu was innovatiw and brilliant, a unique and unforgettable experience with wonderful service. the cook, the kitchen and the servier staff are to be congratulated. my taste was not always so successful because the decision was only Spanish weeping to serve, which led to greater possibilities being sometimes ignored.

Excelente comida y servicio con una atención impecable por parte de todos. Deliciosa la cebolla morada, el Txitkarro y la vieira, con el resto de los platos sin desmerecer en absoluto. La Presentación en diferente tipo de platos y cubiertos complementaba la experiencia. El único punto (menor) que añadiríamos como algo que no nos pareció al mismo nivel fue la iluminación de la sala, sentimos que estaba demasiado iluminada y faltaba algo de intimidad. Cuidado al salir si se va de noche, hay un par de calles cercanas que no parecen ser las más “seguras” de Bilbao
