My wife and I went there this evening, having seen good reviews. We were not disappointed except that, as it was Monday, the kitchen was closed. But they still had a good variety of delicious pintxos, gave recommendations on beers and wines, including txakoli (a dry white Basque wine that goes well with seafood). We paid less than 15 Euros for 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine and 5 pintxos (pinchos in Spanish, these are the Basque take on tapas) that left us quite full. The attentive barmaid spoke no English but someone we took to be the proprietor did and managed to answer our first question What are rabas? Answer: squid. Most customers seem to be locals, but we felt very welcome there.

Great place to spend an evening. The bartenderin was very nice and helpful. We had good beers, very nice local wines and different pinchos and finally lots of olivas for the wine. If coming back to Bilbao I would definitely go back here again. It was really good value for money.
