only north of reus is this well-equipped restaurant with excellent service, and a carte in which traditional Spanish dishes have been given a modern note to make them extremely pale, regardless of personal taste. they use excellent products and meat in their preparation and they. never hurry the customer. our gazpacho had given a maritime touch with some floating garnels. pork sweets were prepared as very slim capaccio and hazelnuts/mustard sauce. the ochs tail, despite the fights that are forbidden, the region show that they can remove the stier from the land, but not the land from the stier. they were like a form of one-pot (not in traditional red wine reduction) with kartoffels, tender and exquisite in taste. the baby oktopus was sawed with porcini, sublime. the prices were good and the wine list goes over the routine Catalan offers. that is a blessing in the selection of white. parking is a small problem, but being in a suburb is not an overwhelming problem. Overall, this is a hidden gem, which is worth a small way from the autobahn.
