I booked a table for 30th December 8pm through TheFork app. I received the confirmation immediately. However, when I went to the restaurant, it was closed. So I went for a short walk and returned to see whether it had opened, but it was still closed. I knocked on the door more than once but to no avail. I had to quickly find another restaurant because me and my girlfriend were very hungry. I was irritated, and I became even more irritated when I received an e-mail from TheFork telling me that I did not attend to the reservation. They threatened me by saying that my Yums might be removed (like I care) and my account might be suspended. How terribly unprofessional!
