Obviamente la comida entra primero por los ojos y aquí se encargan de los detalles, excelente presentación y explicación de cada plato por los camareros. Hemos repetido en numerosas ocasiones y nunca hemos sido decepcionados. Definitivamente, uno de los mejores restaurantes de granada con un tocino innovador y de alta gama. El único palo, no tienes que tener hambre, se trata de degustar.
la fabula is really fabulous. the service was great. every waiter was very familiar with the possibilities of feeding and wine pairing. between every meal they served a small tasting snack or a more palate cleaner. all our courses were great, except my wife's lobster...a little gum...a problem when they eat away from the coast. but a very memorable meal and less than a third the cost for a similar eating in london.
the tasting menu was very full and la fabula is especially distinguished for her seafood, the cod and hake perfectly prepared, and her handmade gnocchi with foie mousse was spectacular! their cheese selection and desserts were rich and a wonderful way to finish the meal.
great restaurant. a quiet place to enjoy various aromes. the personal is nice and the recommended were amazing. delicious snacks and also the most important dishes and desserts. there was nothing I didn't like.
excellent price quality, amazing and attentive service and much know about the wine industry, as we have the wine pairing and loved it! the venenity is a must. many follow and hope to see them soon!
Absolutely fabulous tasting menu with local and regional wines. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere for a nice quiet dinner. Beautiful courtyard. Truly a delight to have dinner here!
This is really a top gastronomic restaurant with very professional service and inventive dishes. The price quality is correct. If one wants something more refined than the regular local cuisine, this place is highly recommended.
