Wonderful menu and atmosphere. Good selection on the menu. Service was excellent and speedy. Price range was mid to high.

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton and decided to try their restaurant. We liked the menu because it has Mexican specialities as well as other food. We ate some Mexican dishes: chicken on the bone with mole sauce for him and a Molcajete of octopus and shrimp for me, with some of their homemade ice cream for dessert. His mole was delicious, as was my dish, a kind of casserole served piping hot in a bowl made of lava rock. Not spicy. Our waiter was attentive and was able to explain how the ice cream is made. We had 3 flavors in 4 scoops. There was a complimentary starter of chips with two salsas (a bit spicy for me) and flour tortillas came with the meal. My husband had a nice Mexican red wine (a glass) and I had iced tea, all for only $25 US. We would recommend this place.

We came here for a snack. Ordered some chips and guacamole which was really delicious. Also had flan- very rich and also delicious. We would have come back for a full meal but ran out of time!

The food was just OK, but service made up for it. Had an impromptu Tequilla tasting that was memorable.

This place by far had the worst food out of any place I have been to in guadalajara. The beans were from a can, dry, and disgusting. The chili relleno I ordered was soggy and microwaved, the breading was falling odd because it was so greasy, and the meat inside was worse than the time I accidentally left out a steak for too long and decided to cook it to see if I could salvage it. All 4 salsas were disgusting, the hottest had no flavor and just tasted like hot black pepper. The sweet one tasted like it had gone sour. The pico de gallo had unripe tomatoes and somehow had no taste. Finally the red salsa was just tomato paste. I feel really bad for all the people that eat here and get the wrong idea about Mexican food in guadalajara. I honestly have to ask to the chefs, the managers, and everyone else involved, how the hell can you seriously pass this off as good? Do you have no pride? Do you not think that all the foreigners who come to visit are going to get a terrible impression of the food here?

It was a late bite, I had a Colimita lager beer (109 pesos) and a pastor huarache (100 pesos), I asked the waiter if avocado could be added, and he made it happen at no cost. :) I definitely recommend this place.
