I love the carne en su jugo at this place. the portions come in different sizes, so perfect for everyone, and everything is just delicious. the service is amazing and fast. highly recommended. it is not an almost food place, but service is very fast.
this was earlier a good place for a cheap, fast plate. now it has become bery expensive, not worth it.

karnes garibaldi serves the fastest eating the world and it is delicious. when we sat guacamole, chips and dives arrived and after a few seconds still large bowls of their signature dish arrived. it was delicious. the flesh and the beans. perfectly cooked and everything works easy. service is attentive and the prices are fantastic for a fast meal. will always be there.

You will have food in your mouth before you even notice! No, seriously, this place has one and just one specialty carne en su jugo it is sort of a meat stew with bacon and beans, you can add hot peppers and onion as you...please. The restaurant has become so good with service that literally you get seated and in that instant they offer you appetizers (guacamole is a really good option). Next they will ask you on your main dish which will most likely be carne en su jugo (it is actually the only main dish in this place) and they will bring it in less than a minute (no joking with the speed here). Waiters are very attentive and nice, prices are good for the quality of the food.
When in Guadalajara you need to eat like locals and that means carne en su jugo. And where better than the fastest, friendliest service. One warning, be very hungry...the food is that good. If one of your group is celebrating a birthday, let your server...know and enjoy the sjow.
Instead of eating fast food try this place!! They used to have the Guiness record for the fastest service and the food is delicious. They specialize in carnes en su jugo but try the quesadillas as well!!!
