como siempre no decepcionar, buena cocina muy bien atendida. Estar allí está pasando un momento más que agradable. Volveremos pronto, y estoy seguro de que nos sorprenderemos.
we had a fabulous meal in sileno. everything was beautifully presented and the outstanding dish was the chocolate brewer with mandarin sorbet. the wine was also very good together with the coffee. we would definitely make a return trip on our next trip to xabia.
better eating than some michelins. great service. beautiful decoration. although not cheap it is great worth for quality. we had three desserts when they all looked so good. regret zero!
an excellent experience with fabulous eating and very attentive service. we enjoyed starting 2 tapas dishes, which were excellent and then you had delicious and a fresh cable dish. would be highly recommended.
