I just came back from the red plank in caba roig, was not 6 weeks in this restaurant! we were on vacation, we thought we would go back to red onion for one visit! wow, what a great meal, it was as easy. better and better, we were served by amir from there other restaurant in la fuente the taste of india! he gave us first-class service, and what a greeting we had, eating was delicious, it was fabulous, nothing was not much effort, he was very helpful. it was great to see him so happy and to visit every customer with great respect. we're going to go back, he treated us so fabulous. a lot of luck amir keeps it up, they see themselves very soon and thank you for a great evening. carol and graham

we have been coming in this part of Spain for many years and were in a series of Indian restaurants, usually with disappointing results. this visit, however, was somewhat different. it is only a small place, but is clean, neat and beautifully decorated. we were greeted with a friendly smile and shown on our table. they have a standard menu, but they can have everything from him as part of their offers, like 2 poppadome, 2 main dishes, 2 rice or naan and a bottle of wine for €20. the four of us chose a jalfrezi, dhansak, two bhunas, Pilau rice, mushroom rice and two garlic naans. the poppadome were fresh and crispy, which is always a good start, and served with wobble salad, yogurt dip and tamarinden sauce. the most important meals arrived shortly after (they could see and hear that they are cooked in the open kitchen) and, while the portions were not large, there was enough for us. It was good to see that every dish looked different and, as it turned out, had its own separate aromas and were well seasoned, with much heat where expected. when they order their meal, they can after mild, medium or hot as they wish, and this was a mild and medium with the two lamb bhunas we ordered, and both came as hoped. the lamb was tender, but some of the chicken ktikka in the others was a little hard to locate. the Naan-Brot was fresh and diligent, but a little lacked of garlic. all in all, despite the few small handles as above, we enjoyed our meal very much and would definitely be right at the top of our list of Indian restaurants in the opposite.

if they like good Indian food, then they should definitely visit the red onion. we have been twice. eat very well and excellent. the personal is great.

food was really nice we didn't get ill off it and the nan bread was the best. The early bird deal is a bargain.

An excellent restaurant ,food to die for and prices you will not believe. Excellent service. If you visit cab roig give this place a go. Highly recommended

This Restaurant is like home from home! Fabulous food, we have been going to this restaurant since it opened in December 2017. Very friendly staff, you are always welcome with smiles, very helpful indeed. We will carry on going to this restaurant with their fine...cuisine, also English food is on offer too. We have lived in Spain for 16yrs. We love all the food in this restaurant and so do our friends. Well done Bilal, We wish you the best of luck. Carol Graham. Cheers Bilal...
