el sitio vale la pena mencionar, tiene una ubicación increíble. Hago mención forzada del hecho de que no tienen que recoger por tarjeta, o estás usando dinero o vas a ir a la gente de al lado para tomar dinero, si no fuera por esta tontería seria.

el molino de maléstre es un restaurante de estilo familiar, donde la calidad de los ingredientes y la presentación de los platos es la más importante. el molino era siempre un lugar de encuentro para la gente; gente que vino a ser o a moler, pastores que se acercaron a calentarse, arrastreros y hacheros que trabajaban en la montaña. Nunca necesité una bebida de vino o un pedazo de pan. las especialidades del restaurante son carnes rojas y pescado a la parrilla. Aunque también puede disfrutar de comidas tradicionales como el ajo de carrete (placa típica de los carretes de la sierra) , también puede degustar platos hechos con productos locales boletus edulis , morcilla de burgos ... tenemos 3 comedores , uno de ellos es una cocina serrana con chimenea, ideal para calentar al fuego en los días de invierno . tenemos suerte de tener un ambiente excepcional. la naturaleza se muestra aquí en todo su esplendor. Situado en el mismo complejo del restaurante Mesón, el molino de vilviestre, podemos disfrutar del moeo de carretera, que recoge la tradición de la que han vivido los habitantes de estas tierras durante siglos. Este moeo legalizado por la articulación de la castilla y el león, tiene un buen número de objetos que permiten un viaje a través de la dura vida de los vialistas de la sierra.

Although we had booked on the terrace, they moved us to the dining room because the terrace was not operational. A shame because the truth is that the dining room is bare and the tables are too big, in my opinion the place could do with a facelift. The waiters were attentive but were not able to attend to all the tables, it took them a long time to write down the order. The food is just right, the meats and Castilian dishes are good, but a little more variety is missing on the menu. What I don't understand is that today payment by card is not accepted, only cash. Especially because the restaurant is not exactly cheap. In short, an update in general would be great.
