"Originally we had planned to go somewhere else, but they had ended up being shut down and this was across the street, and I am so happy that was the case. There was a language barrier, but a very nice woman eating there decided to help out. So there isn't an actual menu and its wine or water. But! Oh wow the food was so so delicious. We had some amazing calamari that was seared with very tasty vegetables and some sort of Croatian sausage. We had desert as well which incredibly fresh! I loved this place, very cute and perfect for a romantic dinner. Very affordable as well for what you get! I highly recommend eating here!"

"If you are looking for a coffee or a snack on the cheap then walk down the hill from the main part of the village of Berchtesgardner to Penny's supermarket where there is a simple but plain café attached that offers cheap snacks coffee and cakes to weary people with sore feet. You can even catch a bite to eat before or after doing your grocery shopping . Nothing memorable but a cheap place to eat."
