"The staff at the restaurant declined to accommodate my online order. I usually ride my bike to pick up orders and occasionally use the drive-thru, but it seems that the policy has changed and now they only serve customers in cars. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, even though the food at this location is usually tasty and consistent. I tried calling the store, but there was a language barrier that made it difficult for the employee to understand that I had already attempted to pick up my order."
