"The staff at the restaurant declined to accommodate my online order. I usually ride my bike to pick up orders and occasionally use the drive-thru, but it seems that the policy has changed and now they only serve customers in cars. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, even though the food at this location is usually tasty and consistent. I visited on May 24, 2024, with my son and nephew because I had a coupon that came with my music festival ticket. We tried the Western Bacon cheeseburger, but all I could taste was the barbecue sauce. I wanted to be able to taste the bacon and the burger patty. The soda we ordered was flat and not good. When I told the cashier about it, he couldn't fix the soda machine and agreed that it tasted flat. Another issue was that there was a sign between the restrooms saying "no public restrooms," so we assumed we couldn't use them. My nephew had to go to other businesses in the area to find a restroom. After he left, I asked the cashier and was told that there is a key for customers to use the restroom. The sign should be changed to say "customers only restroom" or something similar.
