Carl's Jr. - Reservar una mesa

I visited on May 24, 2024, with my son and nephew because I had a coupon that came with my music festival ticket. We tried the Western Bacon cheeseburger, but all I could taste was the barbecue sauce. I wanted to be able to taste the bacon and the burger patty. The soda we ordered was flat and not good. When I told the cashier about it, he couldn't fix the soda machine and agreed that it tasted flat. Another issue was that there was a sign between the restrooms saying "no public restrooms," so we assumed we couldn't use them. My nephew had to go to other businesses in the area to find a restroom. After he left, I asked the cashier and was told that there is a key for customers to use the restroom. The sign should be changed to say "customers only restroom" or something similar.

The staff at the restaurant declined to accommodate my online order. I usually ride my bike to pick up orders and occasionally use the drive-thru, but it seems that the policy has changed and now they only serve customers in cars. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, even though the food at this location is usually tasty and consistent. I tried calling the store, but there was a language barrier that made it difficult for the employee to understand that I had already attempted to pick up my order.
