"If you are looking for a restaurant to taste Corsican fish, this is the place you need. Held by a retired former fisherman and his wife for more than three decades, the restaurant is renowned for its bouillabaisse at will for a very reasonable price compared to what is practised elsewhere in France. The fish is very fresh because the owner made sure to be provided with the buyer of his trawler. The setting of the Bay of Favone is beautiful and I recommend you book if you count for lunch or dinner."
