"Here in the region you can be very happy when something vegan is offered on the menu. That's why I was very pleased that Gasthof Boltenmühle offers three dishes that could be considered for vegetarians or vegans. I only drank a coffee with soy milk a day there and can therefore not say exactly what the dishes are vegan. Nonetheless, I thought others were happy to get something edible here. I would therefore be happy if coming guests could extend the description so that you know which of the dishes is vegan."
