I was therefore very pleased that the gasthof Boltenmühle offers three dishes that could come into question for vegetarian or vegan. I only drank a coffee with soy milk there on the day and can therefore not say exactly what the dishes are vegan. Nevertheless, I thought others would be happy to get something edible here. I would therefore be happy if coming guests could expand the description so they know what the dishes are vegan.
