"after reservation and confirmation that we can come with dog, we also came in this place. the restaurant is located in the middle of the forest in a water reserve. the regular parking spaces are approx. 500 meters from the restaurant. they should go a piece through a forest path. before the restaurant is a very beautiful beer garden. we were greeted and guided on the back of the restaurant. there is a cherry tree that extends to the deck. I put a photo. the waiter was very nice and chatting. he told us about the many sights near quedlinburg and gave us some flyers directly. we later designed them in the holiday home. because we were served well, the restaurant is really super nice and not to forget that it was simply sensational, we have reserved ourselves for our last night of holiday. in the first night we drank hate death from the barrel, the 0.5 l to 3.90 euro. as an appetizer we chose the pumpkin cream suppe to 4,90 euro she was very beautifully outdated and still with pieces in. and I would say that there were carrots with them. Go to the suppe, some balsamico. very tasty. we always have a little, but we can recommend this suppe. my man took the hexe with crimped and knödel to 12,90 euro as main court. he was really happy that he was finally on a map. to the others where we were before, never arrived. is now the season. the haxe was very large and probably super delicious. the skin was nice chess. she was still short under the salamander. .male was thrilled, but not both knock. I chose the sour roast with red cabbage and knocked 15,90 euro to my joyous surprise, in the sose rustic. I like the mad. the flesh was broken on the side. until the end we drank an espresso to 1.80 euro. as I said, since we liked it very well, we reserved ourselves. actually we wanted to take the pumpkin soup again, because it tasted so well, but the waiter recommended us the bread basket with self-made aioli and oliven, which was not on the map. So we ordered it to 4,90 euro. good recommendation. to my question as to how the aioli was not done, the waiter replied: greasy, creamy, garlic, a little salt pfeffer. a 12-year-old young man made it. to the main dish took my male the champignon frame carving with pommes to 13,90 euro. it was very big and very good. he was thrilled, although he did not manage the pommes completely. on the carving were really many mushrooms. I chose the Mediterranean flarecake on 12.90 euro. it was served on a wooden board and well equipped with dried tomatoes, olives, cheese and wolves. after that I was well saturated. this time we drank apfelschorle to eat 3,40 euro. it was made with natural beet apple juice and very tasty. we shared a vegetarian to finish. the schnaps has 55 and was recommended by the waiter. he went down. 3,20 euro came the schnapps, but it was worth it. I don't have a photo of the carving, so I could get over it quickly, so I couldn't crawl. he no longer threatened to go with me, as the eternal znipsery would be embarrassing if we were back in the corner, we would like to return to that."

"Verified 2020: Cod and Bachforelle awarded on 16.06.2020! General Our highlight in the otherwise gastronomic but somewhat uniform and subcooled Anhaltinian Quedlinburg! And there were many attempts here to pamper our appetite with cheaper (unity mass instead of class) (because the customer Geiz is horny; the more ambitious shops go (next guests, money and pleasure, which often wanted to be more than skillful. Not like Hößler. Actually, a fish shop, but very inconspicuous with large restaurant cultivation and beautifully made garden with well maintained terrace on the farm. We followed the boards and discovered a small earth in every way! Operation: 2 ladies took care of the well-attended restaurant with Elan, humor and very diligent attention in both areas. Some of the long paths between treses and outdoor terrace did not change the honest and binding support as well as very good service quality. Food: An extensive map with interesting fish dishes, some (meat classics (you can not take off here without Soljanka and sausage, etc.), as well as fresh offers from tables, some of the creative and varied offer and yet exciting! Healed butter fillet with potato pulp (13.60€ : Fresh, perfectly seasoned, crispy roasted, with handmade salad dress and homemade, buty pure 3 plentiful fillets better than with nuts! Mediterranean grill plate with plastered vegetables (crisp and sustainably seasoned, roasted potatoes (perfect crispy) as well as simple fish! Pleasantly presented and beautifully decorated. Ambience: The beer garden is well maintained, sophisticated landscape garden and the restaurant is harmoniously elegant. A small pond with (living fishing sea atmosphere. Cleanliness: As a fur from the egg and controls exemplarily. Conclusion: Many others can (and should pack or take an example). Excellent, highly recommended gastronomy without East-Muff or tourist program."

"At the beginning of this year's QLB visit we had a little bite in the bear. The central ensemble in 1A location directly on the marketplace has a large outdoor area with 2 houses (café and restaurant, well maintained interiors, bar and courtyard. Already the offer boards attract guests and inform about the very extensive, solid offer. Well-organized, trained and politely friendly employees have the area well in mind and grip; as well as the extensive and diverse creative, interesting map in Quedlinburg is by no means standard. Despite the typical GDR classics, wild, light cuisine, cakes and cakes as well as small and creative international are offered here. This is true in some other locals, but the bear makes this really good here in QLB, unlike the rather low standard of Saxony Anhaltinian cuisine! Nevertheless, the slightly increased prices remain absolute and in quality. Taste, spice and taste variety was served with our tomato soup Toscana (4,20€) and the Soljanka (4,60€) with crispy tasty baguette, beautifully high quality and classic professional. The tomatoes go along richly original typical and slightly piecey a large dish extremely tasty sustainable. The Eastern classic with cream fraiche might play a little thin, but with a lot of use very good and pleasant acidity. This plate also led to a pleasant saturation. The regional Müller Thurgau (6,50€/0,25l round and harmoniously a good companion in sunny weather. Solid tasty and creative, high-quality cuisine that we found confirmed during follow-up visits. A bona fide electronic ordering system from Kellner is only available upon request. Conclusion: In addition to Theophano, Coinsberg Klause and the noble Wyndham, one of the first addresses of the city is safe from eating. Those who want to save disappointments and hot air are here!"

"“A café in 7 houses” It stands above the entrance door of Café Roland, in the centre of Quedlinburg at Marktkirchhof. Of course, this has awakened our curiosity. If you look from the entrance directly into the wide street, you can see interconnected semi-concrete houses. Are they? When you enter the café, the view immediately falls on the cake counter, which shows seductive offers, including the “Quedlinburger Pfarrhaustorte”. On request from the maid who is the special thing in this cake, she believes that it is similar to a sachet place, only better because they contain nuts and plums (which I do not like at all). The price for a piece of cake is between € 3.90 and € 4.20. My question whether I can look at the seven houses was answered with a friendly “Very happy!”. The rooms are distributed over the ground and over several old, lovingly restored houses from the 16th and 17th centuries. century that were not originally connected. On the 50 meter long path you can look left and right into the mares, rooms and niches. Each small room has its own style with different sofas, tables and chairs. Sometimes in a niche there is only a small table with two chairs, sometimes a cozy old sofa. Here all find their favorite place. The individual seats are beautiful and individually designed. There is always something new to discover, because each room has its own face. You can go through the cake counter in the first house to the sofa paradise in the seventh and also come past the kitchen and bakery and overlook your shoulder to the chef and to the confectioner. Everywhere old devices, decorations, photos, pictures, on the walls, on the windows, but only on this sideboard. They seem to be in Uroma's living room. Everything works clean and this is only possible with a lot of time. The second cup of coffee in the afternoon was due, I got it very fast and it tasted just as good as the one in the tree cake café. Another short view of the menu: The kitchen is floor-to-ceiling (e.g. Schnitzel) and focuses on various refined breads/lays. Recommendation: A must go through the whole restaurant once"
