"I had lunch there during a hike along the picturesque cultural trail from ausserberg to raron. the restaurant is located in the picturesque village st. german directly near the church. the restaurant is small, but with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Thumbs-up...for the warm welcome of the renter who was friendly and efficient throughout the lunchtime. you man is the chef de cuisine; he took the time to come out and greet all the guests who is always a much appreciated gesture. he even gave me some hiking tips in the opposite! as a starter I decided for sauteed scallops with zitrus risotto and spade: delicate and full taste. as main course I chose the perchfilets with morels. the fish was cooked for perfection tender and delicate. when dessert I had edible with ice cream marinated: sweet and refreshing. my whole lunch included johannisberg, champagne water and coffee, was quite expensive, but it was definitely worth it."
