"I've been dining at Hope for about 10 years, and it's my favorite American Chinese restaurant when it comes to food. While the atmosphere is quite basic—nothing to write home about as far as ambiance goes, with simple seating and an older building—the food is outstanding. I typically order the chicken or pork fried rice, along with orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and sesame chicken. If you enjoy these dishes, I'd argue they are the best in the Twin Cities. I’ve tried numerous Chinese restaurants in search of the best fried rice, and this place definitely delivers. To be honest, I haven’t explored much beyond these favorites on the menu. I have come across some negative reviews about other dishes here, so perhaps some aren’t as impressive? I can’t speak to that, but the ones I've mentioned are absolutely fantastic and the best I've ever had."
