This is a nice little sandwich shop in the middle of town. We were a large group and while ordering we were able to browse some of the shops. The service was very friendly and prompt given that a group of 15 showed up and...there are 2 owners working. The sandwiches were excellent and featured local specialties. There was free WIFI which kept the children busy while they waited for there order. One afternoon on a whim we ordered a Duck Tort to be delivered to the hotel where we were staying for supper. It was spectacular. It came with salad. Great restaurant for lunch. Supper delivery was amazing!
I'm not sure what the last review ordered, but we had an excellent lunch here. there was a man who does everything. we had a Cesar salad, a Cabecou salad and an omelette with fresh cepes. I didn't expect much, it doesn't look promising. but eating was great. I came to the woman that the tomatoes were blooming in my salat were really good, she told us that the tomatoes and the salat were greens from their own garden. that explains taste and fresh. such a relief from heavy, fat-loaded lunchtime.
A quick stop off for the family on a busy day touring the area. The ‘set menu’ offers were amazing value with Baguette sandwich, cookie and can for €7. The staff were incredibly patient during this busy period and my indecisive children; they even wrapped...the kid’s leftover food for us to take home. Only negative is finding somewhere to park!
We spent a week in Les Eyzies family reunion style. We were 15 ages 14 to 72. We stopped a couple of time for their delicious sandwiches and friendly service. One day we preordered a duck tourt for the following night. Oh boy! I still...crave it!!! Please treat yourselves with this hearty meal, you won't regret it. Comfort food perfection!

Valerie does an outstanding job, day in, day out: fresh croissants, the best bread in town, fresh sandwiches all served with a wonderful sense of humor. We were here six weeks, and ate here for one meal or another probably five or six times a...week. Reliably excellent and affordable.
Needed a spot for a quick lunch between cave visits. 1001 was perfect. We ordered up and had our food in no time. Good vegetarian fare at reasonable prices. And we sat streetside and watched the world go by as we ate.
Accueil très agréable. Cuisine maison et de saison. Service rapide, malgré le monde, nous n'avons pas attendus. Je recommande spécialement la tourtière au canard et la quiche épinards.
