In town for work and glad I chose this place for my only meal in town. Trey and everyone else was so welcoming, friendly, and nice. Food came out super quickly and was delicious. Got the fried oyster taco with a caesar salad for my side. A little too much sauce on the tacos for my taste but still delicious nonetheless. Salad was perfect too- great dressing on it. Star of the show was the brown butter cake with butter pecan ice cream. I was so full for dessert but so glad I got this to go. So so yummy- not too sweet so it was perfect.
This is not a fancy place, but that should not keep you from trying out 128 Pecan. Our group of four has eaten there twice after matinees at Barter Theater and all of our dishes have been very delicious! (The chicken dish in the photo is actually more that is shown; I had already taken a couple of bites. . The dinner meals are in the $25 $28 for entrees. You can spend less for an excellent burger or salad. The four of us are making 128 Pecan a regular stop after our Barter Theater matinees.
Creative twists on classic Americana dishes that take you home and beyond with a knowledgeable, friendly staff and fun atmosphere makes this restaurant an Abingdon destination you don't want to miss. Honestly the chili-rubbed salmon is heavenly, and somebody at the table always needs to order the special of the day. Worth the wait if there's a line, don't fret.
Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. We had the fried calamari as an appetizer, and the chili rubbed salmon and fried oyster tacos as the main dish. Everything was delicious! To top it off, the entire staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. Will definitely be back when visiting this area.

Our waiter, Trey, was wonderful! He gave us generous samples to try before ordering. Very popular restaurant with the locals.
Great place if you are looking for a good meal in Abbingdon. Ask the server for a recommendation. The salmon was fantastic.
Good food service. alittle pricey for portion size. Son was paying, he didn't notice , distracted by good looking hostess.
