This place has been hands down the quintessential brew pub that accommodates specific needs. Be it the removal of dairy from a pizza, or the enlightened banter from the seasoned barman, it has it all. The ability to deal with stubborn patrons, the drunken fools, or the quintessential grumpy a$$hat, it all works. My favorite brewery in Colorado is 12Degree. They offer fantastic Belgian-style beers and delicious pizza that could easily stand on its own in a pizza restaurant. My top pick is the Treachery golden ale, but all of their beers are excellent. The fries and pizza are always amazing, and my family enjoys coming here to unwind and watch the Main St traffic. It's definitely one of our favorite spots.
I arrived shortly after the end of a Taste of Louisville where Main Street was hopping with great vendors and a happy atmosphere. 12Degree offers their own delicious beer. I highly recommend their Bombadl Hazy IPA. Perfection! Their paninis are tasty and are served with “frites,” which are twice-fried Belgium fries. Sooo crispy and wonderful! Friendly staff.
We have only positive things to say about 12 Degree. They have consistently delivered excellent service, even on busy nights or when short-staffed. The atmosphere is impressive and the food is top-notch. If you're looking to escape the crowds in Boulder and have a relaxing yet enjoyable night in downtown Louisville, 12 Degree is the place to go.

I often ride my motorcycles around, and I am always looking for new brew pub experience. This establishment is small with simple decor. However, my wife and I tried a flight of 5 beers, in a Belgium style, and overall, that we felt the next one was even better than the previous. We will definitely save this as a favorite and return soon.
The Belgian style beers were some of the best we've had from a micro brewery! The pizza was tasty too! We had great service from Chris! He gave us great recommendations on the beer and then he gave us some great recommendations of places to go for our trip to Europe.
Great spot...on the smaller side for sure...that's not a bad thing at all. Food was good...pizzas and salads...all seems fresh and made in house. Belgian style beers aplenty
12Degree is a magical place, top notch beer, beautiful live music every Monday night, and the manager Chris is so sweet and dedicated to making this place amazing!
