I found this particular Japanese restaurant through Amazonlocal with $30 spend on food/drink $15 coupon. This restaurant resides on a quiet street and it’s very easy to miss. If the weather permits, you can dine outside the restaurant, they've got tables/ chairs setup for you. The times I have been here are always in the evenings, and it’s a pretty good place to bring a date here since the lighting inside is pretty warm, relax, and dim. Every time I go to a Japanese restaurant I will make sure they have chirashi, assorted fillets of fish served on top of sushi rice, on the menu because I love sashimi and to me I think chirashi has the biggest bang for the buck. After not finding their menu online, we decided to search for better sushi in the northern suburbs. We were glad we did because the sushi and soup were fantastic. Although the menu wasn't extensive, there were still plenty of options, and both the vegetable and fish rolls were excellent. The small square restaurant is hidden on a quiet street in downtown Wilmette, making it easy to overlook. We will definitely be returning, especially since their website is currently up and running.
What a fantastic find! We recently brought our daughter and her friend to this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The sushi, tempura, and udon noodles were all delicious. The prices were very fair, even slightly lower than two other highly rated Japanese restaurants we considered. The service was also very attentive. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary serving of delicious white fish tempura. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area.
The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is good. If you're looking for a sushi place that offers a little something extra, this is the place to visit. They have a wide variety of special rolls that are large and everything is incredibly fresh, as it should be at a sushi restaurant. Even if you're not a fan of sushi, there are plenty of other options to choose from to satisfy your cravings.

Kelly and Akira are great. This sweet little sushi spot is ideal for eating and taking out, definitely my favorite remnants in Wilmette. Lunch speciality is (too? reasonable, and there is great variety for dinner.
eating was in order and the customer service was good, but had a bad experience overall with my son. they said they were in a hurry, turned out they didn't take.
I was already at many sushi places in and around the chicagoland area without doubt that this must be close to the top of the list. there is a seat in the open.
