we were a group of 5 with a 2 year old child and their service was impeccable, very friendly with the small and meeting its needs without the French arrogance the food was of very good quality, the chef wvwn had some unexpected bounces that we all enjoyed wine suggestions correspond very well to the meal and overall it was a great feast I highly recommend for the business meals and also for the good family holidays or so
four of us have dinner on the 3rd floor with a view of the kitchen I highly recommend! we chose the tasting at the blind with chords and wines and we were not disappointed. each course was cleverly prepared and delicious. the service was professional and attentive. It was our only night and strasburg and it was really memorable thanks to our experience here. we hope to return to strasburg to be able to dine at 1741.

If you are open to the surprises of the menu, try "kitchen space" on the 3rd floor next to the kitchen. It is less formal and more fun to watch the cook prepare dishes and views on strasburg. We loved the menu and they asked what they didn't like to eat. They speak English, excellent service and good gourmet.
After having service in 1741, you'll want a service like this all the time. culinary tastes were excellent. food very well presented. The wine suggestion is at the rendezvous. the interior decor is impressive. However. The service was irreproachable. 1741 is impressive. You should try it.
My partner and I had a very good dinner at 1741. we really enjoyed the food (just delicious and very creative) as well as the wines. staff is professional and helpful. The atmosphere is charming. I'll definitely recommend it!
