1799 Kitchen And Cocktails

We began our meal with oysters topped with andouille and other hearty ingredients. They were quite flavorful, although you could hardly tell there was an oyster underneath. I ordered the Cornish game hen served with farro and mushrooms, while my husband had the Branzino accompanied by shrimp and mussels. Both dishes were delicious and generously portioned. The restaurant features a beautiful interior and provided attentive service. Overall, it was a lovely evening.

The only highlight of our experience was our fantastic waiter. Unfortunately, we waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The quality of the dishes did not meet the price and upscale expectations we had. However, I truly appreciated the staff; they were understanding and empathetic throughout our experience.

The service is consistently excellent, and this time, our waiter was exceptional. We were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, and the food, as always, exceeded our expectations. It's never what I anticipate, but always a delightful surprise that I didn’t realize I needed. Once again, it was fantastic.

We had one of the most elegant dining experiences in a long time. It was a spontaneous stop made during a drive-by Google search. Although we felt a bit underdressed for the refined atmosphere, the staff welcomed us warmly and were eager to accommodate our requests. Everything was superb. Thank you! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was delicious but the delivery of it was super slow and not the fault of our waiter. He indicated there was a backup in the kitchen. He kept updating us and threw in a free dessert but we waited over an hour for our entry.

Atmosphere was really nice and service was fantastic. They gave me free dessert for my birthday! But honestly the food was not worth the cost. It was mediocre at best. Had better food at much cheaper places.

Amazing experience! The food was phenomenal, Scott is a great server and the team customized our menus for our special occasion. Our group absolutely loved the food, cocktails and overall experience.

Was underwhelmed by our meal and service. When dining in downtown Franklin and at 1799 price point , was expecting a spectacular meal.

Decent food. Very expensive. One of our 5 oysters didn't even have an oyster in it. Great waitress though!
