1799 Kitchen And Cocktails

The cocktails here are top notch. Very spirit forward you just need one. The food, I wanted to love more. Frankly, there was nothing particularly special about any of their offerings. I ordered the filet. While cooked to order, the flavor was lacking.The sauce gave much needed life support. The purple potatoes lured me to this dish. There was literally nothing special aboutthem. There are better places in Franklin for food. Only hit this place for the bar.

We had one of the most elegant dining experiences in a long time. It was a spontaneous stop made during a drive-by Google search. Although we felt a bit underdressed for the refined atmosphere, the staff welcomed us warmly and were eager to accommodate our requests. Everything was superb. Thank you!

We traveled from out of town and had an incredible dining experience. Although the prices are on the higher side, it is absolutely worth it! This was one of the best meals my husband and I have enjoyed in quite some time. Every penny was worth it, and I highly recommend this place!

The food was delicious but the delivery of it was super slow and not the fault of our waiter. He indicated there was a backup in the kitchen. He kept updating us and threw in a free dessert but we waited over an hour for our entry.

Atmosphere was really nice and service was fantastic. They gave me free dessert for my birthday! But honestly the food was not worth the cost. It was mediocre at best. Had better food at much cheaper places.

Amazing experience! The food was phenomenal, Scott is a great server and the team customized our menus for our special occasion. Our group absolutely loved the food, cocktails and overall experience.

Decent food. Very expensive. One of our 5 oysters didn't even have an oyster in it. Great waitress though!
