We had often frequented the previous restaurant at this site. The new establishment did some min or cosmetic updates and made the overall ambience more appealing. The waitress whom attended to us was from the original restaurant and very nice. The coffee was good. The food was mediocre. My wife ordered eggs over easy and they were overly runny. The home fries were unappealing. The grilled English muffin actually was wet, which was odd. The western omelette was adequate but not outstanding. When we arrived there cook was sitting at the counter and no one was in the restaurant. This overall dining experience was disappointing.
This restaurant is fantastic! It used to be Cafe Deli, which I also adored. I've visited several times for breakfast, and each time I've found the waitstaff and owner to be incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and consistently good. The ambiance is fresh and tidy. Interestingly, it hasn't been very busy during my visits, which I can't quite understand. There's a breakfast spot diagonally across the street that I won't name, but I find it to be somewhat unclean and the food just average. More people should give this restaurant a try; they definitely won't be disappointed!
The food was tasty, though the potatoes could have been cooked a bit longer. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, which was a plus. My only complaint is that I was served a low-quality orange juice but charged the price of fresh-squeezed. They could definitely improve in that area. Despite this, I will return because one disappointing juice experience isn’t enough to deter me, especially since they offer a variety of other drinks.
This place should absolutely not be on DoorDash. You can’t even make food in a timely manner. Thank you so much for wasting my time and gas with the your poorly run dumpy unclean restaurant :
