Food was fresh, nicely prepared, and tasty. Service (Caroline) was excellent. It was a very cold night and the restaurant interior was QUITE COLD as well! Made the dining itself a bit uncomfortable. Fingers were white and numb! Perhaps 224 should look into a possible issue with their heating system. It is difficult and not very pleasant to eat with coats and gloves on! 224 WAS one of our favorite local restaurants...will try there again in warmer weather!
3 friends out for dinner in our neighborhood spot Friday after Thanksgiving. Very enjoyable spot in the dining area with attentive service and great dinners including the short rib dish and pasta bolognese. The Italian Chop Salad and Grilled Romaine Salad were tasty as well. We’ll be back!
Wait staff was extremely friendly. The muscles and oysters were fantastic. The pasta left a bit to be desired, but we got the on the server did not recommend. Good food but a bit overpriced, however the service was top notch.
Best pork chop I’ve had in Boston! Meals were incredible, service was attentive, great ambiance. Perfect date night spot! I’ll be adding this to my list of recommendations for when fam is in town for sure! Reserva una mesa ahora
My family and I were there for Sunday brunch and it was quite enjoyable. Everyone loved their meal and the service was excellent even though it was quite busy. We’ll definitely be back!

I've eaten here about 6 times. Food is outstanding! The service is always good but last night my entire group (5) felt it was great.
