Made reservation through Open Table. It was accepted by the restaurant. Showed up checked in with the hostess who, after seeing my reservation, dismissively said, “as you can see, we are very full and I cannot seat you.” No attempt to address the fact that they accepted a reservation that, presumably, the restaurant indicated was available yet refused to honor. Poor showing on that end of the visit both the restaurant’s decision to put reservation openings that won’t be honored on Open Table the hostess’ indifference dismissive attitude. This place has little to no ambiance. At 5pm we were the only table seated in the whole place, and it was very quiet. The hostess was also our server, came to our table too many times, and we felt rushed. The food was average. The cacio e Pepe was more salty than peppery. No live music, and no happy hour specials.
Enjoyed the pesto crusted whitefish special very much. Other dishes, while good, were not great. Fiery pasta dripped in oil. Salads dripped in dressing. Service was a bit rushed despite open tables but otherwise good. Overall, would return and order a bit differently.
Our waitress E was a delight! So very pleasant and attentive. The food was fresh and decent. The dessert menu could use an update (there is no menu). We tried a few different items.

Very loud. Hard to have a conversation. I’m diabetic and asked for double veg and was told they don’t do substitutions. That’s a substitution? Food was adequate.
Our last two trips to the Bistro have been excellent. Both of us loved our dinners and the Creme Brulee while expensive was amazing.
Our experience was amazing, we had an amazing waitress who served our needs. Overall attend.
Great dinning experience. Recommend this place highly. AAA
