Came in, saw it was fully booked so left… as we walked away a member of staff shouted that they’d clear a table… No smile, no opportunity to say thank you, just walked off. The food was below average, greasy the drinks were over priced, the apple juice is absolutely tiny and you saw them poor it from a cheapo Aldi carton. Isn’t healthy as it’s advertised. Waited ages for food. We ordered a starter… it came with our meal in the end, not much of a starter. I say in the end because it came, it was the wrong order but I thought I’d eat it to save causing a scene… turns out they’d taken it to the wrong table… the kitchen was open plan with the seating, you could hear everything they had to say lo...

Lovely place with very friendly staff. We wanted the Louisiana Burger but unfortunately they had sold out the night before. Only slight criticism was the chicken bite starters came with the mains. The starter and the cheese burgers were tasty and cooked very well. Overall we had a really nice lunch, in a nice setting with very accommodating friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a visit and support a small business delivering great service.

Went into 23 The Grill, the other day and ordered a Halloumi Wrap, which was beautifully presented, I asked for it to be in a takeaway box as I didn't know if I was staying or going. The ladies did a good job and good customer service was provided.

Had a breakfast but I wasn't overly impressed as the food was basic and poor quality. The staff are not warm and friendly that is unless you know them! Wasnt even asked if I enjoyed my meal? No atmosphere either. What a shame!

Had a Full English breakfast and coffee/drink with friend. Very reasonably priced and the waitress was very kind/welcoming. Prompt service. Thank you.
