The menu looked famous... but we didn't have the privilege to taste it. After being installed, the server brings us a bottle of water... that it removes us immediately! Never seen! He then took the commands and served the adjoining table (before arriving after us) and totally ignored us despite our calls. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we ended up leaving. It is very disappointing and it shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for the customers. Customer satisfaction, waiting times and quality should be your priority, it is absolutely not the case and it is unqualifiable. We had already had a bad previous experience and still decided to give you a chance... I really regret having chosen this restaurant, thanks for the evening completely ruined by your fault.
It is a shame. Attent 10 minutes at the entrance while the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered two gourmet plates. It's just a warm-up. The marrow bone was so cooked that there was only one piece of cold unsealed meat left, the Welch was too cooked but cold as well, the carbonade too cooked without sauce was also cold, the chicken with the squirrel, unmangeable cold and to finish, the fries were not cooked, dry and cold. Anyway, a feast that leaves us nausea. The junk food in all its splendor. I will never go back.
We're two girlfriends coming for a lunch break between the races. A long wait that one forgets quickly with the professionalism of Mr. Ayman Service enjoyable, at the top given a great attendance, which must be due to the staff who does everything to satisfy you. Special mention for Marc. Fish
