Went to 3 Elements last night at 6pm for dinner, after reading the many excellent reviews and we were the only diners there at that time but the restaurant was nice and clean and we were greeted by a very lovely young lady, who had very good customer service. More customers started to arrive and it looked like they were regulars. Service was good. Had to wait longer for food. But that's OK. The ambience was more like a party hall/conference room. No windows. Large TV on both sides. Food was served hot. Tasted good, though there is lot of scope for improvement. Spring onions and chat masala in Biryani is a big NO. Kulfi costs $6 but portion was too less than a scoop.
Took our son n his girlfriend for our 2nd dinner just after new year, the food was so tasty just like the first time, service was good, atmosphere was good for a weekday night.. will definitely go back love the food n staff who are very welcoming.
When we arrived at the restaurant, they were unaware of our reservation. Unfortunately, the buffet we had booked was no longer available. However, the owner graciously offered us a buffet for four instead, which was excellent service.

I initially thought this restaurant was only for events, but to my surprise, we were able to get a table for two. The waitress provided excellent service and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning soon.

The food was excellent. However, the service was a bit slow due to a wedding taking place as well.
