They had set us up indoors because it appeared to want to rain, but after we explained the situation (and the lack of rain on the radar) they happily set us up in the tent. We have a great evening sitting in the outdoor nicely heated tent. We had a chance to chat with some of the workers and while their spirits are high, the fatigue of the ever changing rules is exhausting. My heart truly broke for them. We had been visiting a couple other local places that day, so we weren't starving. But I ordered the shrimp and filet skewers, while it's an appetizer, it could easily be a meal. what a great sound in our own neighbour! it's already been a past, but we've never been, we'll be back in any case. delicious food, carefully prepared, service was wonderful. we shared the roasted paprika over crostini w/ honey and picked ricotta; delicious! I had the white mushes w/ a side of the linguin, which were well sown and spiced. my man had made the lutcher lammings exactly as he likes them (proven rarely) and perfectly seasoned. as an additional bonus there was live music and they were a beautiful background for our experience. a real Jewel!
This is our preferred restaurant in Berwyn! We tried a volcano arancini appetizer, a beet and arugula salad with salmon, and the short rib dinner. Everything was amazing! The food was outstanding, and the owners were extremely friendly.
