The view was better at lower stops on the mountain, as lots of construction was happening around the restaurant. The windows of the restaurant were filthy in about a third of the restaurant, obscuring our view. The waitress was focused on mass production, not ensuring her guests had a good time. The person next to us asked for another drink, and she said no bc it was 3 floors down. The food was nothing special. The ambience and food had the feeling of a cafeteria. We were in Switzerland and France for 3 weeks. We decided this was the biggest waste of money on our trip. This wasn’t the restaurant’s fault and didn’t affect my review, it we also both got some altitude sickness there.

Good food, mediocre service. It is a tourist’s destination with decent food but mediocre service. After finishing lunch, we asked twice for dessert. Each time we were told “ya”, and no one ever took the dessert order. We gave up on dessert and waited another 30 minutes to get the check despite flagging down 2 different servers for a check. This restaurant might be worth a visit ONCE (maybe) but be prepared to wait. I won’t go back.

Overcrowded and overpriced and touristy (people for the buffet were wearing huge stickers lol! . Since it was the only place to have a sit down meal we opted for a light lunch here.

The food was amazing and the views were incredible. Make sure you go on a clear day and make a reservation so you can be by a window.

we had lunch on a cloudy and snow day. the food and service was good. I wont say it was very tasty, but it was fine,
