As far as Indian lunch buffets go, Five Rivers is the only restaurant that offers it in the Westlake area for $15 (M-F 11am-3pm. The buffet items were not labeled and I wasn't sure what I was eating. So, my tip is, only get a little of each in the first round, in case you don't like chickpeas or lamb. Service was abysmal. I asked for naan bread but never got it. Maybe they didn't want me to fill up on bread? Other people got naan though. So jealous. You refill your own water at the soda machine or fill up on the milk tea dispenser. Brought home two mains, chicken Tikka masala and lamb korma with a side of papadums... So, two pints of the entrees and a quart of their beautiful rice, small tamarind and mint sauces on the side [I'd like a pint of each, they're amazing]. Everything was so flavorful, tender, VERY delicious. The rice with the cumin seed, excellent. I'd highly recommend this establishment and look VERY forward to enjoying their other dishes. I'm looking forward to those moments, most definitely. Two thumbs up.
This is an outstanding Indian restaurant, easily the best I've visited in years. The staff and owners are very honest and friendly. The food is incredibly flavorful; I truly have no complaints about my experience. I tipped the waiter 50% of the bill, and I would gladly tip more on my next visit. I'm thrilled with this place and will be a lifelong customer. The ambiance is fantastic as well. I highly recommend it!
The interior could surely use an update- dark and not the cleanest. Food is mediocre- really wanted to love this place- since lunch buffets are a thing of the past now- and most places don't even offer it. The chai that comes with the buffet is soooo good, and fresh naan included.

I ordered takeout, and I was impressed. The portion sizes are generous, and the flavors are excellent. I definitely recommend this place! I’m not certain if I would enjoy dining in the restaurant, but for takeout, it’s perfect! Food rating: 5/5.
I really enjoy Indian cuisine, and this restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I loved it. The waitstaff is friendly, and the chefs are wonderful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

This place is actually pretty decent, the foods good and it seems reasonably priced when compared to other South Asian cuisine.
