I had a terrible experience at this location on March 22, 2021, at 10:10 AM. The customer service representative was extremely rude. The cashier was unaware of the ongoing promotion and charged me an extra $6. When I raised the issue, he became aggressive, insisted on talking about making a call instead of addressing my concern, and refused to acknowledge his mistake. His behavior was completely unprofessional, insulting, and rude. I would not recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for a true 7-Eleven experience!
I would rate this place lower if I could. The guy at the counter was rude, and while I don’t usually let things like that upset me, I ended up feeling quite frustrated when I left. The owner should really consider investing in customer service training for their staff, as it seems I'm not the only one who feels this way. I definitely won't be returning, especially after the man at the counter told me not to come back.
This is the best 7-Eleven I've been to compared to other service stations. It's always nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly. The product availability is great, and I highly recommend this location. I've been coming to the 7-Eleven in South Hurstville for the past four years.
I been to 7 eleven south Hurstville couple of times n wanna say thanks for the help n offered me free coffee really nice coffee n neat n clean servo than other servos n almost staff do cleaning n run around to keep store clean n got very nice service ., high,y recommended

Poor customer service. Lazy and rude guy on counter today,Thursday(17/03/2022)1.50pm.He got no manners, extremely rude and zero customer service knowledge. Will never visit that store again.
Very rood woman working there today I spend $150 and she where like if she making me a favour she’s so angry and depressed I never go there anymore her customer service need to improve badly
DO NOT GO HERE if you have a 7-11 locked fuel price!The staff will claim their scanner is ‘not working’ and then charge you the full amount.
Great place If your gagging for 1 dollar coffee.
