The experience I had at 7-Eleven was quite disappointing. The elderly man at the counter was rather rude. While he was ringing up my three items, I was attempting to enter my phone number on the touch screen. Suddenly, he raised his voice, telling me not to touch it for some unknown reason, and began lecturing me as if I had done something terribly wrong. I’m not sure if he was having a rough day, but that’s not how to treat a customer. I definitely won't be returning; there are plenty of other 7-Eleven locations to choose from.
