¡Qué es mejor que tener una sopa de fideos calientes de ebullición en un invierno congelado! La sopa de fideos estaba hirviendo literalmente. Los fideos se sirven en ollas de barro. El momento en que los camareros abrieron la tapa, la sopa todavía estaba burbujeando. Una porción bastante sabrosa y buena, es aproximadamente 15 $ una "olla" de sopa de fideos. Hay algunos sugeridos en el menú, el caldo y los ingredientes varían depende de lo que elija. Abajo, es una tienda muy sencilla, casi sin decoración, la mesa y los botes de salsa de chile son bastante pegajosos, los camareros no son tan amables.
We arrived for a late lunch ordered some noodles as well as some cold side dishes.My partner ordered some beef soup noodle and specifically asked if the brisket beef was very fatty. She was told 'not to worry about it' as if to say there was not much fat.Cut a long story short the beef was nothing but fat and couldn't be eaten. The shredded chicken side dish was a tiny chicken leg chopped into 4 massive chunk pieces complete with bone and rubbery skin.Either that was the wrong dish or someone needs to explain to them the meaning of the word 'shredded'.
What's better than having a boiling hot noodle soup in a freezing winter! The noodle soup was literally boiling .. The noodles are served in clay pots.The moment the waitstaff opened the lid, the soup was still bubbling. Quite tasty and good portion, it's approx 15$ a "pot" of noodle soup. There are a few suggested ones on the menu, the broth and ingredients varies depends on what you pick. Downside, it is a very simple shop with almost no deco, the table and chili sauce canisters are quite sticky, waitstaff are not so friendly.
Lo disfrute. Porciones generosas, bastante llenadas y sabrosas. Estas sopas vienen en enormes macetas de arcilla con ingredientes de elección, en rodajas de carne, huevo, pasteles de pescado, etc. y luego agregan un tazón de fideos a la sopa. También se podría compartir fácilmente y pedir una recarga de fideos. Tienen varios platos laterales pequeños también. Fácil cena de semana de invierno.

Enjoyed it. Generous portions, quite filling and tasty. These soups come in huge clay pots with toppings of choice I.e sliced beef, egg, fish cakes etc and they then add a bowl of noodles to the soup. Could also easily be shared and ask for a top up of noodles. They have several small side dishes as well. Easy winter weeknight dinner.
99 noodles, 99 masks on the wall, this place stays intriguing with its decor and it's food doesn't disappoint!! On the coldest of rainy evenings I put away the noodles and the tasty honey & pepper BBQ ribs, well matched combination plus reasonable prices and good staff service, 99 problems x

It doesn't look fancy or anything and it's not sparkling clean, but don't be fooled.
