First of all, this is not actually a restaurant. It's a very chic little wine bar located in the old city center (built about 800 years ago), next to the old city hall. They only offer charcuterie (cured ham and salami selection), assiette de fromage...Corse (matured cheeses selection, served with fig or clementine jam) and wine. Some tartines could also be ordered here (the one with chopped tomatoes and basil tartare de tomates fraiches au basilic) is really good. Bread is very good as well. All in all, if you want to taste some local cheeses and sip some wine on the oldest street in Sartene, you'll enjoy the place. If you want a warm meal for dinner, you should go elsewhere. we stayed there on the road, especially as “la cave Sartenèse” mentioned in the lonely planet “Frankreichs best (straße) Trips”. the dig was very sympa (the 3 stars.) the plate basserie/baby (see picture) was not very rich. very disappointing (for this price.) most...entrées in restaurants offer more and cost less.
Venu par hasard après une visite de la ville, très bon accueil, cadre atypique et chaleureux, toute petite salle qui rajoute un côté familiale, grand choix de vins et liqueurs locales ( a gouter la liqueur de chataigne !!) Excellentes Assiettes de charcuteries et de fromages du pays à déguster et à savourer.
Jeudi à Sartène c'est musique et chants Corses. La Cantinetta est bien placée pour voir et entendre. Une petite planche de charcuterie et de fromage avec un bon vin c'est le rêve...Le service est parfait, la charcuterie et le fromage excellents. Un bon rapport qualité prix et c'est copieux. Un cadre sympathique qui attire l'œil. Malheureusement après s'être installés, on déchante : manque d'amabilité, tables sales, prix très élevés par rapport à ce que l'on a dans son assiette.Et attention : 4 jours d'intoxication alimentaire après un passage dans cet établissement !!!!!
p tite soirée sympa avec plateau de charcuterie pour moi et mixte charcuterie/fromage pour madame. Accompagné d un verre de blanc et rouge pour moi et 2rouges pour mademoiselle.Très bon et copieux plateaux a 17 et 16€Une myrthe offerte. Coup total 47€.une très bonne soirée. essayez!
