we went to dinner and to be fair, we were informed that it could take a little longer due to a larger table. this said it is still not acceptable to wait for more than 1.5 hours for the starters. the big table came after our regal, but we had to wait until the big table had ordered her. we had finished our bottle wein and decided to leave the same moment when the appetizers were served. Unfortunately, it took an hour to finish the main course. filet de boeuf with fritten (3x) and a pizza nothing that should last an hour. that was eating so and so, but in any case nothing to wait so long. the place could be nice for a lunch on a hot day, but first check how many people are already in the rest...
while we were going around where we were ready for lunch and noticed how a restaurant just looked at a corner of the street where we were happy. we noticed a few cars on the parking lot and decided that this was a good sign, so we thought. lunch a friendly old lady went before us, she took some food along from the restaurant to here home, another good sign! the waitress who helped us was very friendly, we could sit down where we liked and take a place in the sun. to keep the story short, we had a great afternoon and extended our stay as much as possible. eating is really great, so they take the gamble and take it a little bit of a suck or dinner at this satisfying little diamante.
I was feeling the pressure of what 7 items to put into my salad from a large selection of possibilities. Feeling like a baby and unable to decide, I finally came up with the following list: artichokes, asparagus, beetroot, avocado, bocconcini cheese, and char-grilled eggplant....I asked that they put those choices on a bed of spinach and sprinkle it with aged balsamic vinegar. For an extra charge of $3, they added a few slices of grilled wagyu beef. The whole thing was tasty, but I felt as though I was being subjected to a forced diet just to accompany a friend who is a dedicated vegetarian.
Had read such good references so we had to go check it out. It was definitely worth the trip. The location is absolutely stunning along a small waterfall that runs straight through the property and beautiful view on the town of Zilia. Food was very...good, would have tried everything on the menu if possible, and all local wines. As it was very quiet this evening we had the best service and attention of the hostess. Would sure recommend it to anyone!

the restaurant is located next to a waterfall and a pool in a river. the buildings have been modernized and most of the seats are in the open and well shadowed. the menu is quite short, the salad and the pizza we ordered were freshly prepared. the salad...was with warm goat cheese and was generous and delicious. the otherwise tasty pizza was somewhat overwhelmed at the edges. we had a selection of beers and very enjoyed both the corsicans we tried.
If you have children better avoid the boss doesn't like them having fun while the place so ready. in addition to its status as a third-area teacher, it allows it to give education lessons. it should as a priority apply to itself these so-called lessons.
What a wonderful find hidden in the mountains of the Balagne! We really enjoyed the lunch and stay. Amazing Corsican food in a great atmosphere of the little creek and a lovely host. We really hope to return on day soon... Highly recommended!
a magical outdoor café among the trees and next to a stream. great eating, charming owners and an unforgettable location to spend a long summer meal. we have enjoyed our first visit so much, we have made a way to get back.
