I found this juwel of a restaurant on the fork and was made by the great offer (50% from the a la carte menu tempted) of all the menus I saw in epernay when I looked for a restaurant to book at our last night, this was the best! great choice to choose from us, went for the escargots (picture) and the carpaccio of the bark cream brûlées and cafe creams to finish the meal perfectly! the chef even came out to welcome us and to speak through the menu, this is a really nice restaurant that was full of locals that it says everything. absolutely no one to miss when in epernay!
We took in the entrance: perfect foie gras in cooking and tasteful) and snail cassolette with balanced taste between snail and parsillad we chained on a supreme chicken sauce champagne and a tab the champagne cup in entry was good and balanced. We recommend without hesitation
good small bistro, friendly service, small but good selection of food, paprika with selection of frits, gratin dauphinois kartoffeln, several other choices, selection of desserts and hearty or sweet pancakes, weine from the carafe available as well as from the bottle
a warm atmosphere as at home, a perfect welcome, generous dishes, the chef who comes to meet his clients, and who will tell us the origin (local) of the meat and the weight of the beast. and more: we have sincerely appreciated! We'll be back with pleasure!
