As every year we came to the regio "champagne-Ardennes" to do the route du champagne. I came across Chef Natali's restaurant in the Michelin Guide, being a big fan, I had to try it.I called last minute (the day before), and even though the restaurant was packed, they did their utmost best to accommodate all 7 of us. When we got to the "hostellerie" (beautiful french country-side- style), we had a bottle of champagne in their garden first with complimentary "amuse-bouches". Nous sommes venus déjeuner entre amis dans le jardin ! Cuisine simplement et bonne et accueil de grande qualité ! Le patron est adorable et grand professionnel ! Il ne sait pas quoi faire pour satisfaire ses clients ! Il nous a servi des andouillettes,pas au menu ce jour là, rien que pour nous faire plaisir et il est venu en fin de service passer un moment avec nous ! La serveuse est adorable et nous l'avons retrouvé à l'hôtel de la montagne le lendemain matin ! C'est la seule qui a été aimable dans l'hôtel ! Le fils qui a priori tient l'hôtel devrait s'inspirer de son père !
Overall, it was a pleasure eating in the restaurant. The decor was minimal which made us concentrate on the food, We took the lunch menu of 67 euros, the choice of food was good. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, we asked many questions about the food & wine and he was able to answer to our satisfaction. The cheese they served were products of the region which was a big plus. I chose tarte tatin revisited for dessert, it was good, I just wished the serving was more generous. We recommend this restaurant.

On my way back to Paris from a business meeting, I had lots of time to drive along the country road instead of the autoroute. And adviced my Via Michelin app and discovered this restaurant, convenient at lunch time. I had the less costly daily menu for 28 Euro. And got first 4 very tasty different appetizers. The starter was a very delicious mushroom soup, the main a perfectly prepared salmon with vegetables of the season. And finally a very nice chocolate dessert. Very professional and friendly service.
Une excellente adresse,carte; menu comprenant buffet de hors d'ordeuvres maison, service accueil charmants,belle carte de vins, vres variés, j'ai savouré une délicieuse andouillette de Troyes et ses légumes, tout comme le choix des desserts.Belle carte de vins, accueil souriant de la patronne,service au top, j'ai félicité le Chef .Une addition sans "coup de fusil" ! J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
We went to see Charles de Gaulle's house in this delightful French village where he spent much of his life. I chose the number 1 restaurant on Trip Advisor as a treat and we loved it. The kind of place where you order 3 courses and get 6 or 7 with the various extras. Wonderful surroundings and the chef and owner bothered to come out and talk to us at the end. Would definitely go back
I Did not like the Japanese influence and decor in this lovely old stone building. As for the food, it all looked very beautiful, but the taste did not match the looks. Service was not of Michelon standard, very perfunctory, a left napkin just dumped in the middle of the table, a mosquito in wine just dismissed.

Restaurant tout a fait correct des produits frais et de bonne qualité,un service impeccablele buffet d'entrées est varié,la viande est bonne quand au dessert j'ai pris une charlotte aux abricot qui était excellente
We really enjoyed the Menu de Jour that we chose. The presentation was exceptional and the service excellent. We would recommend this establishment for a special occasion without hesitation.
