I congratulate the chef, who masters the cooking of meat and fish and who has been very creative. We really loved all the dishes. We had lunch this afternoon after booking by email where my spouse had specified my food intolerances and that was the exact day of my birthday. We were welcome. At the order of the menu I was asked again what I did not eat, I explained, and then I was brought back some sweet mouths, 2 out of 3 contained things that I did not eat. And then on the same fish, we said no mushrooms and I received the plate with the piece of fish that diped in a mushroom sauce with a nice mushroom on it. Always hard to give your opinion on a starred restaurant because you must eat well. But the feeling of my wife and I coming out was disappointment. The dishes are good but lack flavors with sauces not high. It was necessary to wait for the chocolate-cahouets dessert to really enjoy. The service is cordial and smiling thus compensating a small lack of professionalism. On the other hand, having chosen a formula with glass wines, it is intolerable to have the glass already served. We wait for a drink served at the table to know what we drink, and maybe the comments of a sommelier. Prices are in the standard of a Michelin star.

Go to lunch or dinner in this starred restaurant, everything is delicious. A beautiful fresh and sparkling cuisine. The service is at the height of the dishes, very pleasant and professional. The frame is sober with a very relaxing japonizing touch. A place where you feel good. Thanks to the whole team.

Small b-mol at the level of the bathroom: shower head hose that runs, not long enough for a person of 1m83 and no support for fixing the apple in height) some switches do not work very well in the room. For the rest the room meets expectations.

Excellent menu at 38€, it seems that it is the cheapest starred restaurant in France. Anyway, we've been enjoying ourselves. The staff is friendly and perfect funny. We recommend without hesitation.
