We have just returned from a superb stay at the Grandes Rousses. Everything was perfect! A big thank you to the whole team that was in the care of all our holidays. From staff to breakfast, to reception, to concierge, roomservice or room service: a team at the top! Very effective, fast and always a big smile. Breakfast is fabulous, full of good products are available at the buffet. and if you ever need anything, we were eager to prepare for it in the kitchen and bring it back to you. The hotel is well located, with very beautiful common areas. But the room (cosy) has nothing of a 5-star: crushed paintings in several places, very basic bathroom with traces of moisture in the ceiling. There is no big mirror. Nice balcony. Services at the disorganized bar and restaurant. But the staff is very professional and tries to serve at best.

beautiful modern alpine hotel. the suites are of good invoice (rare to the mountain in france). Smiling staff. Okay, we'll see there's a staff shortage, but the situation probably apologizes him a little.
