establishment to avoid for gourmets and fine gourmets! a friendly and efficient waitress ... but for the rest it is the culinary catastrophe. We ate a "so-called" cassoulet with a sausage of strasburg ...! the potatoes very certainly warmed several times were immangeable because too hard.The white beans of the same were very hard and almost immangeable!I wouldn't talk about the rosé wine ... !it is to ask if a case in box is not better ?the other gourmets

small hotel located near the city center of haguenau,facile of access with a dozen rooms. restaurant with a varied menu ( pizzas, torched beans, Alsatian specialities, parades, varied flats , nice and smiling . family party room and banquet, wedding, etc.
We went out to eat the torch pie one night in the weekend. The tarts were good, you just have to have patience!In 2 hours we had 2 tarts! that night the service was very badly organized and the room wasn’t full! Exceptional or usual?
