I love A and W. The restaurant in Hawkesbury is great. The one in Rockland, Two Thumbs Down. I stopped for a late supper, almost 8, two hours before closing. The order went well. Took my meal to the table. The table was dirty. The...one next to it as well. The restaurant was TOTALLY empty. There were fries baskets, etc. piled up, unattended to. My fries were in a paper sack. My soda was in a paper cup. Why? Where was the little fry basket for my TEPID fries. Where was my ICY COLD MUG, that distinguishes A and W from the many, many other fast food joints. One staff member was busy mopping the floors, right around my feet. I was in the way. A very big disappointment. Boo to Rockland A W

We decided to shake things up during the pandemic by going for a drive and supporting a local business. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as usual (the breading wouldn't stay on the onion rings), the staff wasn't wearing masks, and to top it off, we were charged for sides that were missing from our order. Our $80 meal left us feeling disappointed and unsure. I wish the cashier had worn a mask when handing me the debit machine through the window.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever eaten in. Fast and friendly staff. This place was spotless. Washroom were impeccably clean. It showed that the staff really care about their customer service and also showed pride of their work environment.

If you're looking for a delicious and quick lunch option, try the Mama Burger and a side of our crispy onion rings. You won't be disappointed! These dishes are flavorful, satisfying, and not oily. Enjoy!

A&W is really good - but the issue might be the staff. For fast food restaurants, the goal is presentation And this is not always achieved. Overall staff is good. friendly.

Having not gone to A&W for years going back was heaven. The service was great, burgers fantastic and the onion rings to die for. Will be back for sure.

It's been a while but I also have a teen bur1ger and onion rings. yummy yum yum . Breakfast is also good here. Love there coffee.
