We went there with various generations of our family, and quite frankly, we were not too keen to go. However, we found that the whole set up was very pleasing, and the food excellent. Who would ever have thought that I would enjoy BLACK spaghetti.. It was delicious. A great place for a casual Italian meal. The only reason I will not return is that for some reason a lot of 'yuppie' restaurants seem to think that all of their customers are 'trendy' and want to drink 'craft' beer at a rediculously expensive price.... WRONG... A lot of Aussies want to drink a beer that they are familiar with, be it local or imported beer, and at a realistic price ! And they also enjoy a full strength beer too !
Among the four of us, we tried three different pizzas at this restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the thin, crispy, and crunchy crust- there was no soggy part at all! In fact, this pizza crust was the best I've ever tasted! The toppings were also delicious; fresh and just the right amount. I ordered the Bim Bam Bum (or something similar) and I absolutely enjoyed it. The men enjoyed their beers and the women loved their mojitos. We all left feeling very satisfied and are looking forward to coming back. The only reason I am deducting one point is that, even though we had made a reservation, our table was not ready when we arrived.
I have visited this restaurant before and promised to come back, and here I am. This time, I decided to try one of their pizzas. To be completely honest, it exceeded my expectations! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the meal. The pizza was not greasy, easy to pick up and eat, especially with its traditional thin crust. It reminded me of the pizzas I had in Rome. I highly recommend trying it out for a fantastic meal in a relaxed atmosphere at a very affordable price.
Every time we visit Melbourne, we make sure to have a meal at A25. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive, which is an added bonus. A25 is a great choice for a family gathering or meeting up with friends. Don't forget to check out their specials too!

I have been here four times and apart the first time that the pizza was very good the last three times the pizza was very very bad. Crispy, dry and really different from that italian pizza. Staff not very friendly... anyway I'll not go in that restaurant anymore.
Vibrant, and engaging. Berlusconi's smiling face everywhere. Amazing meatballs and arancini to start. Incredible pizza to follow with great thin crust and fresh ingredients. Desserts equally faultless. This place delivers what it claims. Highly recommended.
Visiting our daughter who lives in an apartment near by and wanting pizza, our daughter said every Friday night all she sees in the lift are A25 pizza boxes, must me good. It was! Really friendly staff, wish it was our local on the Sunshine Coast.
Many restaurants were closed on Easter Monday when we returned to Melbourne. The A25 was packed with in house diners and a steady flow of couriers collecting meals. Service was prompt and accurate and the pizzas much superior to most.

Been here heaps as we live nearby. Have never been disappointed. The pizzas are delicious and the staff are just wonderful. I love the place, best pizza in South Yarra.
Absolutely recommend this yummy and authentic Italian cafe.
